We spent some good time on the beach the last two days and did get some great photos. Again, sorry, for now you gave to see them on FB. Just too tired in the evening to capacitate file transfers. The weather has been perfect and the water is luke warm. Today we are on a new adventure. We're headed around the north side of the island to an un-advertised cove at a friend told us about, which is to have amazing snorkeling! Then maybe a hike to a hidden 2000 foot waterfall. And dinner tonight under the stars! With special thanks to dad and Sherri. We'll keep the posts coming!

Well we're hitched! It was a beautiful ceremony on a secluded beach. Leesa was stunning and I was speechless. Is love to say it went off without a hitch, but if it were a trailer convention we would have fit right in. We got the ink out of the dress, and had it pressed. Leesa's hair didn't cooperate, she says, I thought it was perfect! Then I hung the newly cleaned and pressed dress from the chain link that goes to the ceiling fan... Safe right ?! Nope. The chain gave out, flung the hanger into the blades and came back and hit me in the nose. Then the rusty chain swept across the front of the dress on the way down. Oopps!!! We're we're already 30 min late before this fiasco. Leesa about died and I thought for a moment of postponing. Perseverance prevailed and it was a fabulous evening and perfect wedding. As for the photos. The page gas yet to let me upload from my iPhone so for now they are on Facebook. We'll attempt again this evening because we know you want them and I'm sure our FB friends would appreciate it too. Love you all! Thanks again for your support and gifts.

It's finally here! The big day. A leap day in a leap year, taking the big leap! The weather is a bit overcast but it's still 80 degrees and the beach is always nice. Went for a walk on the beach this morning and starting to get ready! Sorry for the lack of photos. We will get some up by tomorrow.

Major disaster averted. Leesa pulled out her wedding dress for me to drop it off at the cleaners to get pressed. It seems someone attacked it with a black pen! Holy crap. After a trip to cleaners, who refused to touch it, I returned unsuccessful. Albeit Leesa's mom had the solution. Hairspray on a q-tip with a towel behind it took it right out! Craziest thing I've ever seen.

Omg. Met with our reverend today. She's very "local" but also very nice. Decided on a beach to have the ceremony and all is set to go. We hope. Hope because we then went to meet with the license agent and that was an experience that hopefully we will laugh about later. It was a dime bag short of a drug deal! Two creepy dudes in a parking lot of a park, one guy had no teeth and could see in multiple directions at once. The other wanted to take our id's to make photo copies, but leesa said no way. Glad she did! Then the toothless multiperriphial man tried to give leesa a congradulatory kiss! I was about to show him the hood of the car! WTF! Did that just happen? Unwinding now with a cocktail.

So far were settling in and making final arrangements for the wedding. We're headed to meet with our wedding coordinator to see the site and hang on the beach for the afternoon. Then we meet with the marriage agent at 5:30 to get our license! We will post photos tonight of the lovely weather and beach!
